After looking into Rules and Regulations for Incorporated Associations through NSW Fair Trading, and receiving advice from Golfing NSW, we have found that we are unable to change to a Board.

At the recent Delegates meeting the proposal for an Executive of five was fully supported so further endorsement is not required. We can be a Committee and will proceed this year with our five Committee members, the Treasurer and Secretary making up the Executive Committee of RWGA.

Thanks and congratulations to Marg Hogan from Wagga City who has nominated to join the Committee and will make up the RWGA Executive.

We can amend the Constitution as needed at the end of this trial year.

Therefore, there is no longer any need for the Special District Meeting we had planned for Sunday February 5 2023.

The meeting has been cancelled.
